Elmshade Glass Square Dish - Cobalt River Bubbles 8"

This is an 8" square dish of rich cobalt blue capped with a layer of clear.  The "bubbles" are made by me fusing layers of different colors together, then smashing them and fusing again to round out the broken pieces, then incorporated into the final piece.  This gives a unique, almost marble look to the glass pieces.  This dish and components go through four firings in the kiln to achieve this look. 

Safe for food, but not for use in oven, nor microwave, suggested hand-wash.
