Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Information:

Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-7 days for items to be shipped out. Certain clocks & over sized items may be drop-shipped directly from our artists. This process can take up to 3 weeks. Please contact us directly if you need any rush orders, or have any specific questions about shipping.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be shipped back to our store for a refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the item will only be eligible for store credit. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was sent. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we find the item has been compromised, or shows obvious signs of wear/use

Items bought in store are eligible for a merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unused condition and be accompanied with a receipt. Additionally, any item that is purchased online and then returned in-store will only be granted merchandise credit. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Clothing is eligible for a merchandise credit within 7 days of purchase.
