Shipping, Returns & Exchanges -
Most items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-7 days for items to arrive. Certain clocks & over sized items may be drop-shipped directly from our artists. This process can take up to 3 weeks. Please contact us directly if you need a rush order, or have any specific questions about shipping.
Online Order Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, it can be shipped back to our store for a refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the item will only be eligible for store credit. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was sent. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied with the original packaging and receipt. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we find the item has been compromised, or shows obvious signs of wear/use. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Clearance items (items that are discounted 50% or greater) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In Store Return Policy
Items purchased in our store are eligible for merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unused condition and must be accompanied with a receipt. Additionally, any item that is purchased online and then returned in-store will only be granted merchandise credit. After 30 days all sales are final.
Store Credit is valid for 7 years.
