Shipping, Returns & Exchanges - 

Online Order Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will issue a refund for full-priced merchandise. Wild Goose Chase is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. 

*Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging. 
*Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
*All sale items are final.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we find the item has been compromised, or shows obvious signs of wear/use. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Clearance items (items that are discounted 50% or greater) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Shipping Information
Most items are shipped via USPS first class or Priority Mail. Please allow 5-10 days for items to arrive. Please email us directly if you need a rush order, or have any specific questions about shipping. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package as we are not responsible if the returned package is lost, or if the item is damaged in the mail.
